How can you tell the gender of your child based on the characteristics of your belly? My mother says that the wider my belly the more likely the child is a girl and the sharper my belly the more likely my child is a boy! Are there any other characteristics to look out for?

Not too sure how I feel or think about this but I was told woman can tell the sex of her baby by observing the position and shape of her belly. For example, a belly carrying low and narrow means that the baby is a boy while a belly carrying high and wide denotes that the baby is a girl.

The 1 u mentioned seemed quite true for all my 4 kids. However, I think it depends on individual. Some don't happen in this way too.

No, you can't tell at all. It's all old wife's tales and superstition. Your Mother is just guessing.

This are really all old wives tales. Mine is a girl but my stomach is sharper.
