Were you particular when it came to choosing your wedding ring? Does the stone size matter?

Nope. For wedding ring I just chose the design that I like and for engagement ring, I even went to shop with him during the sale. There is no resale value for diamonds (not that Im selling, just saying) and I would rather use the thousands on something else like the wedding. If he spends a bomb on the ring I think I'll go ballistic. haha...

My engagement ring is a simple solitaire piece. I asked for a ring that wouldn't look obnoxious because I knew that I have to go back to work soon and if it was too much, I wouldn't be allowed to wear it with my uniform. We haven't decided on the wedding bands yet but it will be simple as well.

I guess, it is a personal thing. For me, since I am not too much not jewellery, it didn't matter what size the stone was. Also, now I hardly wear the ring. After wedding, the size of the stone is immaterial if the relationship you are is going rock solid and visa-vis.

engagement ring is choosen soly by my spouse but i told him my min requirement is 1 carat. for wedding band, i choose more for the design rather than blings.. but mine is still cheaper than my spouse even mine has tiny diamonds on it

It doesn't really matter to me. Especially the brand. You also have to consider your income, if you can afford an extravagant ring go ahead! ;) but if you're on a tight budget a simple band with a tiny stone would be awesome too.

I was never a lover of stones. I prefer gold thou! Lol. Anyway as long as the relationship is good and he's the right man for you, why bother about the stone when it's just something that you can do without.

Hubby bought me a sapphire instead of a diamond. The Sapphire changes from purple to pink under certain lights. He put a lot of thought into the design and I love it a lot. We picked the band together.

I love blings! But at the same time scare I would drop it! Thus I jus have a simple wedding band will do. I believe it's ain't about the ring itself but the relationship u have with ur hub!

It does not matter to me even I like big one. I think ring is sentimental piece. No matter how big it is, if it is from someone we do not love then it does not have any value at all.

Personally I feel that the design is much more important than the stone size. The wedding band I chose do not have any diamond. It is a matte silver ring with a unique design.
