Just curious. Do you (mommies) sign up for baby CDA account (via baby bonus) or the daddies does it?

Yes either one. My husband does the job every time, hours after I've given birth so easier to collect the birthcert also.
either one can, i did it for my girl as it’s kinda administrative i don’t think the man will be keen to do it.
