How soon should the post natal massage be? Is it advisable to start immediately after being discharge and assuming I had a normal delivery?

I heard from my cousin that for pp massage, need to wait after 1 week from discharged because the veins around your belly area is still soft. So after 1 week of discharge, then can.
Yup, you can start anytime. I had a natural delivery, started my massage on day 4. Its up to you.
Mine was normal delivery for both so once discharge, next day strt massage alrdy.
