Hi, my milk supply has dropped so much, im almost 8month pp. i dont have time to pump at work due to my hectic schedule and shortage of manpower. I pump only at home for next day supply and i will latch her during weekends and every time im home. Does this means its the end of my breastfeeding journey? I do start to top up with formula. I use to pump 100ml each time. Now like 20ml or leas max?

It's due to the amount of pumps. Lesser pump = lesser demand. Thus your boobs will lessen the milk supply. What you can do is squeeze in power pump sessions. IT will help to stimulate more milk.

the more you pump/latch the more supply you will have. If i were you I'll hold everything off and pump. nothing is more important then milk for my lo. that's just me.
