I refuse to get contraceptives due to side effects esp oral ones tt may usually cause weight gain and acne. Ive seen it in my friends who used them. Alr w/o i have acne during that time of the month. and I also wanted the flexibility and ability to time our intercourse in the event we want a baby again. So we only used condom but requires very careful use and only do it during non-ovulating days. My period is regular so it's easy to gauge using the menstrual app. We managed to make it through more than 18 months since the birth of my firstborn. Gonna wait out a lil bit more till he's 2 before we try to get pregnant again. But we do have a mutual consensus tt if we have an accident, we will still accept the baby as it's God's gift. the reason we wait out is mainly because I had csect for my first and it's advisable to have abt a 2 years gap between pregnancies to reduce chances of complications.

Condoms are easiest and doesn't affect your hormones. Pull out method isn't guaranteed to work as pre cum contains sperms as well.

no pull out method doesn’t work 100%. u can try hormone implants
