Freemie depends on the bra holding it to u. Spoils ur bra I find. Take longer to clear the boobs too. I got a handsfree bra to use w my flanges in the end. U can ask around ur friends if they have freemie to let u try. It's really not that great - u walk around w super enlarged boobs too while pumping

I used freemie with medela pump. But I have both sets. I think you can just get the cups? Try first? Mechanics wise, it's just like any other pump, bend forward too much and it will bottleneck the tubing
