Do you still continue to give pumped out breastmilk when you have thrust nipple infection?

Please share how you clean your breast/nipple before and after pumping milk?

wash your hands before touching your breasts. keep your breasts and nipples clean by washing them daily with warm water. also avoid using soaps on them
