Everyone shares about how great the Spectra is - but what are the things you dislike about the Spectra?

Here are few things I don't like bout the spectra breast pumps 1. Valves keep dropping 2. Bottle cap very lose 3. The S1 is quite noisy and bulky 4. The top of the spectra only has space to store 1 bottle - which is a stupid design for a double pump 5. If the adapter for one pump is not plugged in properly - both sides stop pumping.

I use spectra pump parts with my Philip avent motor! It is good that the pump parts are easier to find and there are different flange sizes for selection. My friend has a M1 and was saying that she noticed the noise level increases with use (but it was very quiet when she first bought it). Another thing she mentioned was that the bottles are a tad too light for her liking (feels kind of "flimsy"). Otherwise, she generally happy with it. :)

Uhh... No massage silicon with the flange. My milk leaks out from the flange when i pump. I find S1 quiet and the size still manageable, since its obviously not marketed as a pump to-go. Bottles are flimsy, i only use them when i'm out of my Avent bottles.

Spare parts are hard to find in shops - needs to be bought online or in kiddy palace unlike Medela which is found everywhere. Otherwise it's an excellent pump ;)
